SLOWDRIP… 

SLOWDRIP is a 1-hour movement class with an initial 15 minutes dedicated to dropping into your body and an orientation of what we will be doing for the session.

After the class, the space is open for any questions or shares, or you are welcome to go off into the world and do your thang.

HOW TO PREPARE

  • Wear comfy clothes

  • Create a safe and private space to move within, either on your yoga mat, sheepskin rug or your bed

  • Have a cup of your favourite nourishing beverage close by

  • Light a candle

  • Have a good speaker at hand so you can be fully immersed in the delicious journey and music awaiting you.
